Terms of Service

The basic terms for using RefactorWeb and generated editable Astro exports.

Last updated: June 5, 2026

Service scope

RefactorWeb transforms a reference website into a new editable Astro project. The goal is to preserve the look and feel while adapting copy, brand, structure and assets to the project details provided by the customer.

The service does not promise a pixel-perfect clone, source-code recovery, backend extraction, private content access or reuse of third-party rights that the customer does not own or have permission to use.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate project details, choosing reference websites you are allowed to use as inspiration and reviewing the generated export before publication.

You must not use RefactorWeb to copy confidential systems, bypass access controls, impersonate another brand, publish misleading claims or reuse protected content without permission.

Exports and previews

Generated projects are delivered as editable files for technical users or teams that can review and modify the result. Temporary previews are provided for inspection and may expire or be removed automatically.

A generated export can contain approximations, inferred components and replacement media. You should review copy, legal pages, accessibility, SEO, performance and integrations before using it in production.

Payments

Paid access, downloads and future services such as final adjustment or hosting may be subject to the pricing shown at checkout. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Taxes, invoices, refunds and payment availability can depend on your billing details, location and Stripe configuration.
