RefactorWeb exists because people often find a website they want to use as a starting point, but raw exports and clones are hard to maintain. The MVP gives them an editable Astro rebuild with project-owned copy, validation notes, and source files they can inspect.
What we build
RefactorWeb turns a public visual reference into an editable Astro project. The workflow captures structure, visual rhythm and route intent, then replaces inherited business content with project-owned copy, brand, media and links for a technical handoff.
What we avoid
We do not promise original source-code recovery, backend extraction, private content access or perfect behavior for every platform. When a reference cannot be rebuilt reliably, preflight should warn the client before the run starts.

The MVP is aimed at clients with enough technical knowledge to inspect, edit and deploy an Astro project after download.
Editable by default
The handoff is an Astro project with files, assets and reports that a technical client can continue editing.
Quality is explicit
Validation reports expose inherited copy, fake proof, missing assets, route issues and visual regressions.
Preview before payment.
The client can generate and review the preview first. Payment is required only to download the editable project files.
